Every kind of split
Equal, percentage, weighted, fixed — choose the split that matches reality, not the one your tool happens to support.
Four split types
Equal across the whole group, percentage shares, weighted shares (one person counts as 1.5×, another as 0.5×), or fixed amounts per person. Every type is first-class and editable.
Categorise by intent
Food, drinks, transport, accommodation, and a long tail of categories — each rendered with its own icon. Activity feeds and balances pick up the icon automatically.
Edit safely
Update an expense and Paycent recomputes everyone's share in place. The activity feed records the before/after so the group can see what changed.
